Under supervision of the Associate Director for Technology, the Digital Marketing Coordinator supports the University and The Graduate School in achieving key institutional objectives, among them:
The Digital Marketing Coordinator is directly charged with the management of The Graduate School’s CRM product (Ellucian CRM Recruit) and web presence. With the goal of increasing graduate enrollment revenue, she/he will be responsible for the management of online inquiries from prospective students, and working in concert with University Communications, create and implement digital strategies following industry best practices.

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, master’s degree a plus; a minimum of 1-2 years of higher education experience, preferably within marketing and communications. This position requires experience with online marketing initiatives, including pay-per-click and search engine optimization; social media; CRM productions, excellent written and oral communication skills and proficiency in web technologies (HTML and CSS understanding a plus). Demonstrated success in prior roles and a proven commitment to diversity are also required.
