Responsibilities

Reporting to the Associate Registrar for evaluation, this customer services representative provides clerical support to the Assistant Registrars for Evaluation by assisting with:

  • Graduation application management
  • Ordering ad hoc diplomas
  • Proofing commencement lists

 

Additional duties include:

 

  • Assisting with grade entry and grade change forms
  • Assisting with the teacher certification processing as needed
  • Assisting with transcript production, name and/or address changes
  • Customer service assistance by phone, email or at the front center

Qualifications

1 – 3 years of experience in a university registrar’s office. Familiarity with a Registrar’s office functions. Knowledge of FERPA. Good customer service skills (writing and oral). Ability to work independently. Excellent time management skills.

 

Salary Range

P14: $37,767.74-$52,973.04 *NOTE: Salaries for internal candidates are determined by the New Jersey Civil Service Commission's formula. Salaries for external candidates are determined up to $42,836.18.

 

Starting Date: October 1, 2017
