Montclair State University is seeking experienced frontline fundraisers to serve as Directors of Development for the Feliciano School of Business and the College of Education and Human Services. The ideal candidates should be proven relationship builders, effective communicators, and performance-oriented managers to serve in the role of Director of Development ("the Director"). The Director organizes, plans and executes a development strategy and fundraising program to secure major gift support from alumni, friends, business leaders, and other constituents. The Director is a member of the Development team engaged in launching the public phase of the University's largest comprehensive campaign.
Under the supervision of the Assistant Vice President for Major Gifts and Development Leadership, the Director will structure, lead, manage and oversee all development activities for the assigned college, school, unit and/or combination thereof.
