Assist the Associate Provost for Academic Programs and Assessment, the Associate Director of Curriculum, and the Assistant Director of Assessment and Accreditation with the administrative and technical aspects pertaining to curriculum, course review and approval. Provide additional administrative support for the university-wide programmatic assessment process and the accreditation procedures. Assist with development, editing and updating of online curricular and assessment handbooks and websites. Provide administrative and technical support with other operations of the Provost's Office as directed, and perform other duties as assigned. Maintain calendar/schedule of meetings for Associate Provost for Academic Programs and Assessment, provide support for Provost's scheduling in absence of Provost's Secretary. Manage the Course Submission database signature process and posting final new courses/course alterations to Canvas for distribution to the campus community. Correspond with faculty/deans as necessary throughout the process. Assist Associate and Assistant Directors of Curriculum in the review of proposed curricular actions (new programs/program alterations) pertaining to their implementation. Follow through on official matters pertaining to the administrative aspects of courses and programs. Assist Associate Director of Curriculum and Assistant Director of Assessment with editing, development, and uploading of materials on the university website. Assist the Assistant Director of Assessment with correspondence related to the University Assessment and Accreditation processes.
